My favorite is legs (Especially Glute isolation training) I would say my LEAST favorite is Chest!
11. What’s your education?
Graduated High school and did some college where I majored in Biology with hopes to pursue a path towards being an Equine Veterinarian. However, that changed when I took a job hosting a television show on the Outdoor Channel as a Co-Host for Sheffields Ultimate Hunting. Soon after that I got involved heavily into the fitness industry and I have been able to use my experience in this industry to create a successful online training business.
12. What job’s have you had? What do you currently do?
Interestingly enough, I hosted a show on the Outdoor Channel called Sheffields Ultimate Hunting. I have worked as a Bartender, Personal trainer for Rush Fitness, before Golds bought them out, and now I have been doing my online training for over 2 1/2 years and I love it.

14. What’s your favorite food?
I guess I would have to say steak and burgers.
15. What kind of cardio do you prefer?
I don’t prefer Cardio. I just lift weights faster. (Kind of kidding) I love HIIT training!
16. Do you have pets? If so, what kind?
I have all the pets! Two giant Great Danes, one orange cat who recently has become quite the hunter and 4 horses that I love so, so much!
17. Do you have kids?
Only the two most beautiful little girls in the world.
18. What’s your dream car?
I don’t think I have one. I like several cars! Maybe at this point in my life a luxury SUV because I have the children! Later in life I might prefer a sports car. I also love jeeps and trucks. Do you see the problem here?
19. How did you start with fitness?
I’ve always been physically active but I started weight training after a terrible divorce. I was made to feel worthless, unvalued, alone, and belittled. I really found my strength in fitness, the family unit the gym provided, and the emotional healing it brought to my life.
20. Who are your role models?
I love my Mom and my sisters. They bring such a balance to my life. They all have such a great perspective on life and how to really keep balance as well as healthy relationships and financial stability. They keep me striving for more. My sisters are very logical, goal oriented, and wise. Having them in my life has helped set a great example for me.
21. Who is your favorite super hero?
Can Optimus Prime be a super Hero?
22. What are you currently reading?
I recently started a book by a Christian author named Joyce Meyers and she discusses the “Battlefield of the Mind.” Essentially, it’s designed to help you navigate through the obstacles you battle within yourself from a Godly stand point. She really offers some wise advice that I believe anyone can take and pull from!
23. What’s your favorite movie?
It’s challenging for me to really narrow down one particular movie/superhero etc. I see great storylines, lessons, and meanings behind several great films that have been produced over the years. Overall, I would have to say that I really enjoy “War Room.” It’s a spiritually inspired movie where they demonstrate the power of prayer over your life and family. Highly recommend!
24. What’s on your workout playlist?
Fearless motivation!
25. What’s your favorite cheat meal?
I love cheeseburgers!
26. What advice would you give to beginners?
Focus on consistency, sustainability, and individuality. I would say it’s easy to get wrapped up in someone else’s journey and desiring to be in some one’s shoes so badly that you forget to tie your own. It’s great to have role models, but let’s not forget who plays the main character in your life story. Also, consistency is the key to any great accomplishment in life. Rome was not built in a day, neither was your credit score, neither was your home, and neither is your body. Stick to it! Focus on finding a path in your journey that is going to sustain you.
27. Do you listen to motivational speakers? If so, who?
I love fearless motivation as well as Trent Shelton.
28. What’s your favorite TV show?
I have several, it would be a shame to only narrow it down to one of the many phenomenal productions! To name a few: Prison Break, Arrow, and Vampire Diaries. (Most favorable, Vampire Diaries…judge me)
29. What is your achievement you are most proud of?
Being a Mom and plus a wife. I have done many great things. I have hosted television shows, I have won archery tournaments, I have won fitness competitions, I know how it feels to feel unstoppable, I know how it feels to accomplish financial stability, and I know how it feels to land a great job. I know how it feels to experience fleeting moments of success as it drives by for a split second. But, being a mother and a faithful wife to my husband is my greatest accomplishment. I look at my family and I am thankful that I am a puzzle piece into keep us strong, structured, and together. My family is everything to me. I would gladly sacrifice my last breath for my children or my husband. Nothing in this world compares to them. They are by FAR my greatest accomplishment.
